I heard Harley Davidson with Diesel Dahl & friends. This song was on a Harley Davidson tribute-cd which was released in 2003. Jørn Lande is singing. I`m almost sure Ronni is playing the solo, but I don`t know if he is playing the whole song. Does anybody know? And who is playing bass?

The vocalist is Frode Henriksen. Morty Black, Terje Storli and Sid Ringsby plays the bassguitar, probably not at the same time on one instrument..

It can`t be the same version.Ì`m a big Lande-fan, and I know he is singing on the version I heard..

Hmmm... I have a cd where it is also Trond Oien on guitar... He's been a friend of Diesel's and Ronni's for a lot of years and I would say, as a second guitarist on that track, a very likely suspect

And, as Sami can also attest, Trond's also a really nice man!

I'm also 99,9% sure that I have heard HD with Lande on vocal once, but can't remember when and where.

You can buy the cd at Platekompaniet. It`s called Happy birthday Harley Davidson - A tribute to a legend. Track 5, HD by Diesel Dahl & friends/Jørn Lande. I don`t have the cd, only heard the song. It has to be Ronni on the solo, noone else plays like that

Maybe. I haven`t got this album, so I don`t know if the song is taken from it or if it is a new recording.. Jørn Lande sings and the drums in the beginning of the song is different from the TNT-version. The HD-tribute cd is from 2003, so it might be a new recording. I have to buy this cd (Recycled), but I can`t find it. Ordered it some time ago, but then it suddenly was sold out. Going to find it someday..

YES !!!!!!
I've played some acoustic stuff with Trond at his homestudio and it was AWESOME !!
He's a great person and a great guitar player.

IT IS Ronni doing the solo, NO DOUBT ABOUT THAT!!!!!
But not Jorn on vocals.

I have the Diesel Dahl & Friends "Recycled" cd.
Frode Henriksen is singing "H-D" on that album, Trond Oien plays rythm guitar, and Ronni does the solo.
The track on the H-D sampler is the same as on the "Recycled" album. They have just replaced Frode´s vocals with Jorn´s.
