Here's a little treat. After I got my scanner working again, I decided to scan this one. It's from the performance in Trondheim 16-April 1993, where Terje Rypdal and Ronni, along with Trondheim Symphony Orchestra, did Terje Rypdal's Double Concerto for two electric guitars and orchestra, as well as his Symphony no 5.

This is mentioned in "Hekta" at page 141, except that it wrongly dates it to 1994.
