From the "Activities" at the front page:

Quote:
Ronni keeps himself busy. After rehearsing with TNT last Thursday they played for full venues at Orkanger and Verdal last weekend. They are gearing up for more this weekend at Løten and Verdal. After this, the band starts working on the new TNT album.

Ronni's schedule looks like this:
10 mar. Working with Casino Steel
11 mar. Dueling banjos (banjo and electric guitar) + video remake of "picnic with death"
12-13 mar. In house work with Odd at Studio Studio
18 mar. Plays for LO at Folkets Hus, Oslo
20 mar. Guitar workshop Infernofestival + concert with solo band at Buddy in Drammen.

"Piknik med døden" or directly translated picknick with death was the Norwegian title for Deliverance, for which Duelling Banjos should have been a dead giveaway.

As it turned out, alot of people. It was a nice gathering of familiar faces, and quite alot of new ones. Ronni and the band played a full solo set for a good crowd at Buddy in Drammen. As a special treat, they were given the opportunity to participate in the final parts of the Happy video, so we shot two runs of that after the concert. More news on that later as the edit is finalized.

Noone make rock faces like Ronni... Noone!

Now it's off to Oppdal and TNT. Not looking forward to the drive, as it's been snowing all night, but luckily I am not the designated driver today...

Ronni is the king of the faces (catchin' flies in the photo above; just don't ride a motorcycle like that!). Very Happy But that tells us he loves what he's doing and he's into it 100%. Looks like the ol' ESP guitar in action.

Ronni was in an incredible good spirit after the gig, and the feedback he and everyone around him received after the gig was 110% positive.

I was in a foul mood however, because I was the designated driver, and it was snowing like heck, and it was generally insanely poor driving conditions. Twisted Evil Rolling Eyes Twisted Evil

It's hard enough for me to drive home late at night after a concert (of course, no alcohol) but I am truly impressed that anyone can drive home at night, after a concert, while it is snowing too! Night, a bit tired, plus snow, I would have to find a hotel!

I was driving a journalist and a guitar tech home. Previous commitments etc. Otherwise, yeah. The venue had an appartment upstairs that would have been perfect.
